At High Country Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
